Our Return Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • A copy of your order confirmation or receipt is required

Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on intimate apparel or accessories marked as “Final Sale.” Custom-made dresses and altered items are also non-returnable to maintain our boutique quality standards.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service at [email protected] with your return request within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below for prompt processing.
  2. Wait for Authorization: Our style advisors will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely repackage the dress in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship Your Return: Mail the package to our boutique address using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Exchange Process

For exchanges (size or color):

  1. Follow the same process as returns, clearly stating your desired exchange item in your email.
  2. Include a note with your RMA number inside the return package.
  3. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your exchange immediately.
  4. You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs.

Refund Information

Upon receiving and inspecting your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • For PayPal payments, refunds may take 3-5 additional business days to appear in your account

International Returns

For our international clientele (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
