Processing Time: 1-2 business days after order confirmation
Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery)
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days delivery)
We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian and remote regions. International customers may be subject to customs fees.

We want you to be completely delighted with your special occasion gown. Should your purchase not meet your expectations, our boutique return policy ensures a gracious resolution.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed with original tags attached
- Original packaging must be included
- Order confirmation or receipt required
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain our boutique quality standards, we cannot accept returns on:
- Intimate apparel
- Accessories marked as “Final Sale”
- Custom-made dresses
- Altered items
Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Wait for Authorization
Our style advisors will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
Step 3: Package Your Item
Securely repackage the dress in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Step 4: Ship Your Return
Mail the package to our boutique address using a trackable shipping method:

Important: Include your RMA number on the package exterior. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Exchange Process
For exchanges (size or color):
- Follow the same process as returns
- Clearly state your desired exchange item in your email
- Include a note with your RMA number inside the return package
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your exchange immediately. You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs.
Refund Information
Upon receiving and inspecting your return:
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds issued to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- For PayPal payments: may take 3-5 additional business days to appear in your account
International Returns
For our international clientele (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
- Customs fees/duties are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- We recommend using DHL or FedEx for trackable returns
- Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
